The Key Question widget displays the data for one question.
This widget works best for questions with attached scores. However, if you'd like to display just a question and its answer, you can disable the Points, Score, and Graph options under "Items to Display" for a clean, non-scored view.
The "Question Sets" option allows you to select and use a predefined question set, if available!
