Schedule Follow-up shops is a tool for scheduling shoppers to return to a location they have visited before.


Get started on the main Admin Page.

 

Select a client and survey and use the Scheduler button on the top right of your screen, or simply look up Follow-up shops in the QuickJump bar!


 Remember that you can only schedule follow-up shops on sessions that have been completed!


The first step is to select the session you want to create additional jobs for.


The only other required information you will need to provide is the follow-up survey, and the Due Date.


Depending on your requirements, flip the radio button to either schedule follow-up shops for all shops in the session, or you can schedule specific shops. If you select the second option and hit the GO button, a new page will display a list of shops you will be able to choose from.
