Editable Question List Widget

Your clients are collecting mountains of data, but how do they know their location managers are actively using it for improvement?

We’ve made the Shop Question List editable by Manager level so your clients can communicate among themselves directly in the shop’s question list. So, for example, if a shop scored poorly, District Managers can add an action plan to the shop’s question list, and Location Managers can check off which steps of the action plan they’ve completed or perhaps add follow-up comments etc. Here’s how it works:

When you create your form, you will add in sections that will organize the Editable Questions:

You will add in the new questions and assign them to the appropriate sections:

Go into the cham shop view config:

There is now a new widget named Editable Question list:

In the config options, you pick which managers can edit which sections:

In order to test this, you must be logged in as the appropriate manager to view their view of the shop:

Go to the Log:

This is what the District Manager will see:

And this is what the Location Manager will see:

You can also set it so that the user doesn’t need to be logged in at all, so managers who get triggers and don’t log in can sign off on results. (Note: In order to test this, you must log out of your admin account in order to edit the questions. if you are logged in, it will detect that.)
