Sometimes, if your survey has Picture or Audio upload questions, you will want to export all of these files together!
To reach the utility, get started on the main Admin Page.
Select a client, head to the Admins tab and use the AV Uploads link in the Exports column, or simply use the Quick Jump bar!
The AV export utility has several options for you to choose from.
While the Action column offers a couple of possibilities, you probably want to select the second option, Only EXPORT files.
Keep in mind that the EXPORT, then DELETE files option will do just that - your files will get permanently deleted!
The Client and Survey will be automatically pre-selected for you, while other options include date range and shop status range. The Choosing option allows you to select do you want to export all files, or individual files grouped by shop or question, and the For Questions one ensures you can export the files per question, if that is what you need.
Once you are satisfied with your selection, simply use the GO button to get a .zip file containing the files!
