To add a Text Question, follow the steps for adding questions to a survey.
Text Questions are great for short text responses. For long, more detailed responses, look into Narrative Questions!
Answer length
You can set the character length range of the response by inputting minimum and maximum character length values.
If you have set the values, the shopper will be notified if their answer does not match your specified range.
Display Formatting
The display of the question will include the question text and an input field.
Remember to review the sections, visibility and formatting, and question requirements knowledge base articles as needed!
