To add a Pull Down Menu question, follow the steps for adding a question to a survey.
A Pull Down Menu question allows a response to be selected from a drop-down menu, and only one response can be selected at a time.
Add more responses
If you require more than five responses, simply use the Add 5 more answers link.
Display Formatting
The format of the response selection depends on the number of answer options.
