The Net Promoter Score® widget displays the percentage of promoters, minus the percentage of detractors.



In other words, the Net Promoter Score® is a metric that quantifies customer loyalty by measuring the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. You can find more details on NPS in a different help article.



NPS Question

Valid NPS Questions are:

  • Radio, or Pulldown, questions with answer options ranging from 0 to 10 (for a total of 11).
  • Number, or Scored Number, questions whose answer must be between 0 and 10. 


For all question types, their answers must start with 0 and continue to 10 for proper scoring. 


The NPS widget assumes that answer options are scored from 0 to 10. If your NPS question is configured in reverse order (10 to 0), enable "Invert Response Order" widget setting to ensure the results are calculated and displayed correctly.
